Shipping Policy

At Morgan’s Repellent, we believe in getting your industrial-strength protection to you as fast as possible.

We ship all orders from our manufacturing facility in New Century, Kansas, ensuring central, rapid delivery to every corner of the United States.

1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We keep our shipping simple and transparent.

  • Free Shipping: All orders over $20.00 ship Free (FOB Origin).

    • This applies to all standard ground shipments within the contiguous United States.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under $20.00, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of **$3.95**.

2. Order Processing Time

We know you need rodents gone now.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST (Mon-Fri) are typically processed and shipped the same day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Because we ship from the “Heart of America” (Kansas), most customers receive their package quickly via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground.

  • Midwest: 1–2 Business Days

  • East/West Coast: 3–4 Business Days

  • Rural Areas: Please allow up to 5 Business Days.

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as your shipping label is created, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. Please allow up to 12 hours for the carrier to update the initial scan status.

5. Ownership & Liability (FOB Origin)

To ensure clarity in our shipping process, all shipments are designated as FOB Origin (Free on Board Origin).

  • What this means for you: Legal title and responsibility for the products transfer to you (the buyer) once we hand the package to the shipping carrier.

  • Why we do this: This standard industry term allows us to keep our prices low and offer free shipping options. While the carrier is responsible for the package during transit, we are always here to help you file a claim if a package is lost or damaged by them.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the product immediately.

  • We will guide you through the process of filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement under our satisfaction guarantee.
